Wondering how much ice and syrup you will need for all of your guests? Below you will find some basic measurements to help you plan without over buying.
It takes .5lbs of ice to make (1) 6oz snow cone. Every 100lbs of ice, will make approximately (200) 6oz treats. Each snow cone cup will take one ounce of syrup. The ice does not have the capacity to hold more. This makes it easy to calculate how much syrup you will need. A liter will make 32 cones and a gallon will be enough for 128 cones.
